The Coalition is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization - serving the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Federal Agencies - whose mission is to increase government effectiveness through rigorous evidence about what works.
The mission is to provide OMB and the federal agencies – and the researchers and program providers they fund – with practical, easy-to-use resources for developing and using rigorous evidence to improve program performance.
