Community of Evaluators (COE) in South Asia has been constituted in October 2008 as part of a Project titled "Advancing Evaluation Theory and Practices in South Asia – Building a Community of Experts”. The Community presently has 36 members from South Asian Countries namely Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The Goal of the CoE is – “to promote and enhance the quality of the theory and practice of evaluation in South Asia and to contribute to the same, particularly from a South Asian perspective, globally”.
